No person shall park a vehicle or any portion of the vehicle on any boulevard, sidewalk or any portion of a driveway located within the boulevard.
No parking on any highway, street or boulevard within the City between the hours of 2:00 am and 8:00 am on any day from November 1 to April 1, inclusive.
Weekly year-round calendar parking is in effect 24 hours a day. Every Sunday between the hours of 9:00 pm and 12:00 midnight is a changeover period. The weeks begin and end at 9:00 pm Sunday. Check the City calendar book or cable TV Channel 2 as to the correct side on which to park, odd or even side by street number except block surrounding Boase School where parking is permitted only on the side of the street opposite the school.
