Community Building

The Hoyt Lakes Community Building is located at the entrance to Birch Cove, next to the picnic shelter and lighted ball field.  

The upper level of the Community Building has tables and chairs to accommodate up to 100 people. Dishes and utensils are no longer available at the Community Building.

Fee Schedule
Per Day - Non-Resident
                $225 ($125 rental, $100 damage deposit)
Per Day - Resident
                $200 ($100 rental, $100 damage deposit)
Meeting Only - per hour

Youth Center 

The lower level of the building has tables and chairs to accommodate up to 36 people. 

Fee Schedule
Per Day - Non-Resident
                $175 ($75 rental, $100 damage deposit)
Per Day - Resident
                $150 ($50 rental, $100 damage deposit)

 Midway Shelter 

The Midway Shelter has picnic tables, a service counter, power, lights, and an attached patio.

Fee Schedule
Per Day - $130 ($30 rental, $100 damage deposit)

 Reservations

Reservations for use of the Community Building, Youth Center & Midway Shelter can be made through the City Clerk's Office at (218) 225-2344.

Reservations are not final until the Reservation Policy has been signed and the rental fee and damage deposit are paid.
