City Council Meetings
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and City declared local emergency, City Council meetings are now held electronically pursuant to MN Statute 13D.021. Any item to be placed on the City Council Agenda must be submitted via email to the City Clerk's Office by 4:00 pm on the Wednesday prior to the meeting date.  To appear at a city council meeting by telephone or electronic means, please contact City Clerk-Treasurer Rebecca Burich to make arrangements at 218-225-2344 or rburich@hoytlakes.com. City Offices & Contact Information

Due to COVID-19, all City facilities are closed to the public until further notice. City staff will continue to work in all facilities to provide essential city services. You are encouraged to connect with staff through the website, by phone at 225-2344 and by email to info@hoytlakescom.

 Utility Payments

Utility Payments can be made online, over the phone, by mail or in our night drop. Click HERE to sign up for online payment; you will need the account number from your bill (post card). If you don't have this number you can call City Hall at 225-2344 to obtain it.

Recycle Center

At this time, the Recycle Center is still open, but we ask residents to place cardboard in the entryway for pickup by an attendant & to also maintain a distance of 6 feet from other people.
