Tobacco and Tobacco Products License All tobacco and tobacco products must be sold under a City of Hoyt Lakes license. Retailers with a license through St. Louis County which expires on 12/31/2023 may utilize that license until expiration. |
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) Products License All THC products must be sold under a City of Hoyt Lakes license beginning 01/01/2023. Retailers wishing to sell THC products must also have a tobacco and tobacco products license. |
